AI-Powered Logistics Transformation: Redesigning Operations, Skills and Productivity
Overview
Logistics companies face pressure to improve service levels, increase operational visibility and manage rising costs and manpower constraints. This interactive workshop explores how organizations can move beyond isolated AI experiments by identifying high-value opportunities across warehousing, transport planning, freight operations and customer service.
Participants will examine practical use cases such as demand forecasting, route and load optimization, document processing, exception management and predictive maintenance.
Through guided exercises and an AI-enabled workforce diagnostic demonstration, they will learn how to prioritize opportunities, redesign workflows and roles, identify capability gaps and translate ideas into a practical logistics workforce transformation roadmap.
