AI-Powered Professional Services Transformation: Redesigning Work, Skills and Productivity
Overview
Professional services firms are under pressure to improve productivity, respond faster to clients and build new digital capabilities while maintaining quality, trust and professional judgement. This interactive workshop explores how organisations can move beyond isolated AI experiments by identifying high-value use cases, redesigning workflows and roles, and equipping employees and managers for adoption. Participants will examine practical examples across advisory, engineering, design, corporate services, marketing and other project-based businesses. Through guided exercises and an AI-enabled workforce diagnostic demonstration, they will learn how to prioritise opportunities, define human and AI decision rights, identify capability gaps and translate ideas into a practical workforce transformation roadmap.

Programme/Agenda
This session will connect business priorities with practical workforce transformation. Participants will work through a guided role-redesign activity, consider responsible AI controls and identify the skills, manager routines and measures needed to sustain adoption. The workshop will conclude with a practical pathway for moving from opportunity identification to workflow redesign, capability building, implementation and benefits tracking, with SBF providing an overview of EWTP, WDG(JR+) and relevant ecosystem pathways.
