Build a complete Copilot workflow using Microsoft 365 tools you already have no technical skills required. Walk away with a process you can reuse immediately.

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify components needed to build a repeatable Copilot workflows
- Scope everyday business tasks in Copilot workflows. We will prioritise the following workflows:
a. Sales (Opportunity creation)
b. Procurement (Decision-making
c. Operations (Issue resolution)
- Design a simple prompt‑to‑process flow aligned to a real business scenario
- Build and test a complete Copilot workflow using a standard Microsoft 365 Copilot license
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Business owners and wholesale trade professionals, particularly Managers and Executives overseeing Marketing/ Sales, Procurement and Operations. Priority will be given to Wholesale Trade Companies. Each company is eligible for a maximum of 2 participants.
