Championing a Fearless Workplace – Psychological Safety (1 Day Workshop)
Overview
In today's demanding work environment, the courage to speak up, innovate, and collaborate is paramount. Yet, a startling reality exists in Singapore: a significant portion of employees feel psychologically unsafe, ranking amongst the least comfortable in Southeast Asia to voice mental health concerns to their managers. This pervasive fear is not just a matter of comfort; it directly impacts the bottom line, with studies indicating that poor mental wellbeing and a lack of psychological safety contribute significantly to lost productivity and increased costs for businesses across Singapore.
Conversely, fostering a psychologically safe culture – where individuals feel secure to take risks, admit mistakes, and challenge the status quo without fear of negative repercussions – is proven to boost engagement, drive innovation, and significantly enhance team performance. This intensive one-day workshop, “Championing a Fearless Workplace,” will equip you with the crucial insights and actionable strategies to cultivate an environment where your team doesn't just survive, but truly thrives, unlocking their full potential and fostering a culture of sustained success.

- Inviting Participation: Demonstrating situational humility, practicing inquiry for open dialogue, and setting up structures and processes (to build confidence that voice is welcome).
- Responding Productively: Expressing appreciation, destigmatising failure and sanctioning clear violations (to create an orientation towards continuous learning).
