E-learning: Southeast Asia Labour Law and Practices
Overview
This course aims to equip learners with the knowledge and understanding of local labour laws and practices in the target Southeast Asia (SEA) countries - Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Learners will understand how labour laws in the SEA countries work in relation to their company which helps ensure that they meet the minimum requirements. Having knowledge of these laws and practices is crucial to the success of the business as it involves the life cycle of the employee, from the hiring process through the time employment ends.

Learning Methodology
- In this module, learners are required to select FOUR countries of interest to learn about the Labour Laws and Practices of the selected countries. At the end of each country lesson, learners will be assessed through a quiz.
- Learners are required to participate and answer questions set by the Trainer in TWO discussions in the discussion board.
- All the above activities must be completed to pass this module.
Learners can choose to start the e-learning anytime and have 1 month to complete the e-learning.
