During this ½ day session, participants will be guided on the following :

  • Singapore Green Plan 2030 and latest trends: A look at the ESG trends globally and regionally, and looking ahead at the current and emerging regulations governing ESG in Singapore, in line with the Singapore Green Plan 2030
  • Sustainability Reporting: Developments relating to ESG reporting, including international reporting standards and a case study on the experience of Singapore-listed issuers
  • Legal Risks and Liabilities: Identifying potential legal risks associated with ESG initiatives and exploring real-life case studies
  • Integrating ESG into Corporate Strategy: Practical guidance on embedding ESG principles into corporate governance, risk management, and strategic planning to drive sustainable business growth, through sustainable financing and M&A opportunities

  • understand the basics of ESG and appreciate the importance of preparing their businesses for the ESG wave
  • get updates on the recent local ESG initiatives that would have impact on their businesses
