Innovation in China's e-commerce market is a moving target and the digital transformation of retailing in China is driving disruption. Internet giants like Alibaba, Tencent, and JD are at the forefront of emerging technologies. Some of them are going into Omni-channel to expand their markets. This module will highlight key trends and strategies adopted by the Internet giants in China to capture the retail markets. It will also describe how some of the emerging technologies are driving breakthrough growth opportunities in across some of the key sectors for e-commerce.
