About the upcoming FRB Dialogue on 24 June 2025
The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is hosting the Future-Ready Businesses (FRB) Dialogue with Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and Minister-in-charge of Energy and Science & Technology in the Ministry of Trade and Industry on Tuesday, 24 June 2025, at 4.00pm at One Farrer Hotel.
Under the theme "Empowering Singapore's Workforce for Future Challenges", this dialogue will address the evolving needs of our workforce in an increasingly digital and globalised economy. Participants will gain insights on workforce development, skills upgrading, and the future of work in Singapore. The dialogue will also explore how businesses can work with the Government to navigate manpower challenges and maintain competitiveness.
