    Objective: Develop a practical AI implementation plan using the Digital Transformation and Now-
    Where-How framework in different stages of the sales process. This breakout activity should not
    have more than 3 groups.

    • Group Discussion (45 mins): Divided into groups of minimum 3 participants, each focusing on
    ONE or TWO topic (a-f), participants to develop an AI implementation plan.
    • Group Presentation & Feedback: 15-minute sharing of AI action plan for each team for peer-to peer
    learning and constructive feedback
