Overview

As ESG becomes business-critical, companies in Singapore face increasing pressure to embed purpose, accountability, and climate action into their operations and to be compliant with regulations emerging from the EU and other developed markets.

This half-day session provides a quick overview of the ESG landscape and introduces the Benefits Impact Assessment (BIA), a widely used tool with over 300,000 registered users globally.

Whether companies are embarking on their ESG journey or seeking to enhance their ESG practices, this course provides practical guidance and hands-on experience using the BIA to measure ESG readiness and to identify areas for progress and improvement.

The session will cover the latest ESG standards across many impact topics, including:

Purpose & Stakeholder Governance
Human Rights and Fair Work
Environmental Stewardship and Circularity

The course will also explore interoperability, demonstrating how these standards align with international reporting frameworks and regulations, such as the ISSB, GRI, and the SDGs, among others.
