Overview
When a key manager leaves, a business usually feels the "pinch." Projects slow down, internal or external clients get confused, and the remaining team can get lost in the transition. This happens because most handovers are rushed and done at the last minute. This workshop will provide a practical overview and tools for a smooth successful exit and entry. We will discuss how to pick the right person for the job, how to get the the tacit knowledge of a manager’s head onto paper, and start moving towards a smooth transition.
