Know Your Numbers, Improve Your Cash & Profit: Practical Financial Decision-Making for SME Owners and Managers
Overview
Running a profitable business does not always mean having healthy cash flow. For SME leaders, understanding what the numbers are saying - and knowing what action to take - is critical to managing costs, protecting margins and sustaining growth.
This practical programme helps participants make sense of their Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, identify where cash and profits may be leaking, and use a focused set of financial indicators to make better business decisions. Through an SME case study and hands-on exercises, participants will learn to translate financial information into practical actions on cash flow, working capital, pricing, costs and profitability.
No formal accounting background is required.
