The Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS) has redefined the Employment Pass (EP) application and renewal process through structured criteria and benchmarks for hiring foreign professionals. This masterclass will guide employers through the practicalities of the COMPASS Framework, including updated requirements effective 1 Jan 2025 for EP applications and other work pass changes. Attendees will learn how to adapt to the changes brought about by the policy framework and better manage their talent management and employment process.
