The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is organising a proposed Business Mission to Haikou, Hainan, in conjunction with the 6th China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE) — China’s only national-level exhibition dedicated to consumer goods.

Hainan is positioned as China’s Free Trade Port, with island-wide independent customs operations and a suite of incentives for foreign enterprises. These include preferential tax treatment, tariff exemptions on eligible imports, and streamlined customs clearance arrangements. Foreign-invested enterprises in Hainan also benefit from liberalised market access under a negative list framework, enhanced cross-border capital flow facilitation, and greater flexibility in talent recruitment, including personal income tax concessions for high-end and urgently needed professionals.

This mission aims to provide participating companies with first-hand insights into Hainan’s policy landscape, engagement with key government agencies, and exposure to potential business partners through CICPE.

本次考察团将探索海南政策解读、资源对接与商务机会发掘，通过与政府机构、重点产业伙伴及 CICPE 参展企业的交流，协助企业探索在海南及中国市场的合作与发展机遇。
