We are excited to invite you to participate in Cost and Carbon Reduction Programme, a high impact initiative led by Singapore Business Federation, in collaboration with Bain & Company, world’s leading top tier management consulting firm, and supported by Enterprise Singapore.
With rising cost pressures – especially in light of impending tariffs and global market volatility – SMEs are looking for smarter, faster ways to reduce costs and boost business performance. This programme offers bespoke, consulting-grade support and AI-enabled smart tools to help SMEs like yours build an actionable decarbonisation strategy while unlocking tangible cost savings and new value creation opportunities. You will gain access to sector-specific insights, expert guidance and an AI-powered platform that works like a virtual Chief Sustainability Officer – enabling you to develop and action your decarbonisation strategy, even without in-house expertise.
Our programme is the only one in Singapore to take on a sector-specific approach to decarbonisation, benefiting SMEs from:
- Food Sector (e.g. food manufacturing, food services, operations with large central kitchen)
- Manufacturing Sector (e.g. manufacturer of machinery, equipment, computer, electronics, optical products)
- Transport & Logistics Sector (e.g. facilities operators, land transport & delivery, port support services, wholesale traders with owned transport fleet)

The full programme comprises two half-day workshops:

Programme Pricing:
We offer flexibility on cost depending on which workshop(s) best suit the needs of the company, and how many participants each company wishes to send to the programme.
The Foundational Package is suitable for participants with no prior knowledge of decarbonisation. It comprises a Foundational Workshop and 2 hours of Advisory.
The Advanced Package is suitable for participants with knowledge of carbon accounting and have estimated Scope 1 & 2 emissions baseline for their company. comprises an Advanced Workshop, 2 hours of Advisory, and access to ‘DecarboniSME’ AI Tool.
The Full Package comprises is suitable for participants who wants the full experience. It comprises both the Foundational and Advanced Workshops, 4 hours of Advisory, and access to ‘DecarboniSME’ AI Tool.
The programme, typically valued at $10,000, is subsidised through government support and further modularised to meet the specific needs of each company.
All prices are before GST.
Note: When registering for multiple colleagues, only one person needs to complete the sign-up form and check out with a single item; we will follow up by email to collect the details of the remaining participants. E.g. for 2 participants registering for the Foundational Package, the total fee (after GST) is $926.50; for 5 participants registering for the Full Package, the total fee (after GST) is $3,270.00.
