Overview

This 1-day training workshop provides an understanding of the import, export and transhipment procedures.

Participants will be equipped with the basic procedures including the submission of import/export/transhipment information for trade declarations to the Singapore Customs and the Competent Authorities.

2) TradeNet Front-End System Introduction - TradeWeb Live!

The integrated trade declaration portal, TradeWebLive! enables importers, exporters, customs brokers. logistics providers and other service providers to prepare and submit import/export/transhipment information for trade declarations directly to the Singapore Customs and the Competent Authorities.

Trainer Profile

The trainer is an experienced IT and systems training professional with more than 10 years of experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology, and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). She has extensive expertise delivering training for CrimsonLogic products and conducts TradeNet and TradeWeb Live training for Corporate Users. Her training portfolio includes major government and enterprise platforms such as IRAS, CPF, HDB ResaleNet, E-Stamping, SingPass, Frontier, Clinicweaver, BizNet Global, Infineon, Carrefour, TradeNet and electronic Certificate of Origin. She is also highly experienced in providing legal systems training on LawNet and the e-Litigation System to law firms and staff across the Supreme Court, State Courts, and Family Courts. In addition, she delivers soft skills training, including Basic Telephone Skills and Communication Skills, for Call Centre and Service Bureau staff.
