During this 1-day session, participants will be guided on the following :
I. Workplace Productivity
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-powered tool (ChatGPT)
- Introduction of the different models of ChatGPT
- Introduction to popular Generative AI tools (hands-on practice)
- The potential advantages and ethnical concerns linked with the use of generative AI-powered tools
- Prompt engineering techniques of ChatGPT to generate high quality content (hands-on practice session)
- Strategies to guide ChatGPT to carry out diverse office tasks - emails, minutes, proposals, reports, research (business development purpose), copywriting (marketing & selling purpose) - hands-on practice session
- Combining other online tools with ChatGPT to create persuasive Powerpoint slides (presentation purpose) - hands-on practice session
II. Visual Design
- Overview of AI and Visual/Graphic Design
- Understanding the role and impact of AI in modern graphic design
- Introduction of OpenAI DALL.E 3 (with demo)
- Introduction of some popular AI graphic design applications (with demo)
- Deep dive into the prompt framework of graphic design AI (hands-on practice session)
- Create graphic design by using AI graphic design applications (hands-on from text to image)
- Learn to modify existing images to suit specific purposes with AI-powered tools (hands-on practice session)
Note : Participants are expected to have their ChatGPT 3.5 sign-in account ready before class starts

- apply suitable, easy-to-use techniques in Generative AI for visual/graphic design, both in creating new designs and editing existing ones
