Pushan Dutt is a Professor of Economics and Political Science at INSEAD. He has a Ph.D. in Economics from New York University, a Masters in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Presidency College, Calcutta.
His research interests lie at the intersection of international trade, economic development, and politics. He has looked at the importance of ideology and inequality for trade policies, the importance of regional trading arrangements and the WTO for trade, and the various impediments to trade. Another stream of research has a developmental focus and examines issues related to governance, political instability, democracy, inequality, microfinance, poverty, and development. A third stream of research examines the role played by international trade and technological change in accelerating inequality between skilled and unskilled workers. Currently, he is working on three projects: 1) the rise of Chinese exports, 2) trade creation vs. trade diversion of various trading arrangements, and 3) asset adjustment decisions of airlines during the Covid-19 health crisis.
At INSEAD, he teaches microeconomics (Prices & Markets) and Game Theory to MBA and EMBA audiences. He also teaches modules on Game Theory, Economic Growth, Geopolitical Risks, the Natural Resource Curse, Rise in Inequality, Commodity price volatility, and Financial Crisis to executive audiences in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East in the MBA and EMBA programs. He specializes in designing and directing programs for government agencies. He directed the Firefly program for the Economic Development Board of Singapore, a program for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore, and one for Malysian Civil Service. He also co-directed one of the flagship open enrollment programs at INSEAD targeted at senior executives called Leading Business Transformation in Asia. He won the Best Teacher Award for the MBA and EMBA core class multiple times.
In addition, he has worked at the World Bank's Latin American and Caribbean Division and the Development Research Group and as a writer for Oxford University Press. He helped Aral/BP in their bid for gas stations in Germany.

Felicia is a Director in the Southeast Asia Global Trade Advisory practice based in Singapore, with over 14 years of experience in international compliance and customs advisory. She specializes in providing strategic guidance to companies on a wide range of trade and customs matters, including HS classification, customs valuation, import/export controls, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), and trade facilitation schemes.
Throughout her career, Felicia has successfully led and delivered complex regional engagements, supporting companies in navigating in-country customs regulations, managing audits, and establishing robust internal trade compliance frameworks. Her experience includes implementing market entry and supply chain structuring strategies—such as “go-direct” and “hub-and-spoke” models—by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across tax, legal, logistics, finance, and supply chain operations to drive both compliance and operational efficiency.
With increased regulatory scrutiny across the Asia Pacific region, Felicia regularly assists clients in conducting proactive customs health checks and managing end-to-end support during customs audits. Her deep expertise in origin determination, valuation, and classification practices makes her a trusted advisor in addressing audit challenges and minimizing compliance risks.
Felicia is also a pre-qualified consultant for Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and trade compliance projects under the Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) Grant scheme administered by Enterprise Singapore. In this capacity, she supports companies looking to expand overseas by helping them leverage FTAs and meet trade compliance requirements, while ensuring alignment with MRA grant conditions and utilizing co-funding opportunities.
As a Deloitte-certified facilitator, Felicia regularly conducts technical and strategy-focused training sessions for both internal teams and external stakeholders. She has participated as a panel speaker and trainer at conferences and workshops organised by Singapore government agencies and international organizations, including: UNCTAD and the Asian Development Bank on FTAs and rules of origin (2021); SICCI FTA webinar (2020); Enterprise Singapore FTA clinic (2023); A*Star FTA workshop (2023); guest lecture on Incoterms at NTU.

Maisie Chong is the Head of Trade and Working Capital, ASEAN and South Asia, at Standard Chartered. She leads the strategic innovation and development of the end-to-end trade finance proposition across the ASEAN and South Asia regions for corporates and financial institutions. She is a member of the Global Trade Management Team and the Transaction Banking Asia Management Team.
A seasoned transaction banker, Maisie has managed cross-functional teams across regions in international financial institutions. Since joining Standard Chartered in 2020, Maisie has led key innovative digital and sustainable trade finance initiatives in ASEAN, including the Bank’s partnership in the Singapore Trade Data Exchange (SGTraDex), Trade Finance Registry (TFR) and Point Carbon Zero Program. She co-chairs the ABS Digitalisation Standing Committee (DSC) Trade Pillar. Maisie held several roles within Standard Chartered previously, including Global Head of Receivables Purchase and Singapore Transaction Banking Head.
Maisie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional and Technical Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed the Asian Financial Leaders Programme in 2023 in Singapore and was conferred the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) Fellow for Corporate Banking in 2024. Maisie also sits on the executive board of Glyph Community, a children’s non-profit organisation.

Choo Pin ANG is FedEx’s Chief - Government Affairs - Asia Pacific. In this role, he spearheads FedEx’s governmental affairs and public policy strategy, and helps the company manage regulatory and business risks, forge partnerships with governments and identify business opportunities.

Choo Pin was previously Expedia Group’s Managing Director for Asia looking after Government & Corporate Affairs for APAC, Middle East and Africa.

He has served several stints as Chair of the Asia Internet Coalition (www.aicasia.org/about) and is currently co-chair of the US ASEAN Business Council Transport and Logistics committee.

Choo Pin has extensive experience in political and economic issues across Asia. He previously headed the China operations of a New-York based investment advisory firm, before joining Standard Chartered Bank as its Head of Public Affairs. Before that, he served as a diplomat in Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs where he was Singapore’s Deputy Consul-General to Shanghai. Choo Pin has a BA degree from Tufts University and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, both obtained through the Government of Singapore’s prestigious Overseas Merit Scholarship. He speaks English, Chinese, German, and Spanish.
