India Business Seminar-Opportunities and Way Forward



Singapore Business Federation (SBF), in collaboration with ICICI Bank, are pleased to present the India Seminar: India Economy USD 2 Trillion to 5 Trillion: Opportunities and Way Forward.

With India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi setting an aspiration for India to mature into a USD 5 trillion economy by 2025, there are several accompanying policies initiatives in place in order to achieve this lofty goal. Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) director general Chandrajit Banerjee estimated that the Indian economy needs roughly around ~450 lakh crore of investment in the next 5 years for moving to the 8-8.5% growth trajectory. With this goal in mind, there will be numerous business opportunities available.
