*RISE* Effective Warehouse & Inventory Management

Warehouse and Inventory management is used to measure how much stocks you have at any one time and how you keep track of it. It applies to every item you used to produce a product or service from raw materials to finished goods. An organisation’s success and efficiency can be affected by its warehouse operations. Efficient inventory management can save money, help retain customers and maintain continuous operations.

  • assembly of orders
  • checking, packing, despatch

Learning Objectives

  • Assist in monitoring stock level, improved customer service and implementation of JIT (just-in-time).
  • Provide participants with tools and techniques to reduce organisation’s total cost of operations

  • No cancellation will be allowed upon registration but attendance by a replacement delegate from your company due to exigency could be facilitated. Please notify SBF of the change with at least 3 working days’ notice prior to event to enable logistical arrangements for the replacement.
  • Payments are required with registration and must be received prior the event to guarantee your place.
  • Participants will only be admitted if payment/proof of payment has been received prior to the event or on event day.
  • You will still be liable for the payment in the event of no-show on actual day of the event.
