Overview

Social media lives all the time. It also changes all the time.

According to We Are Social Digital 2020 (Singapore) report, there are 4.6 million active social media users, spending over 2 hours per day or 6 hours per day on the internet (3 hours+ on mobile devices). The majority of users are between 25 to 44 years old (Millennials to early GenXs). It is no doubt we are living and breathing social media all the time.

So for marketers, it is vital to stay up-to-date with how social media develops as every feature and every updates might be crucial to them. With this happening in the background, do you know how to leverage on social media for your business, maximising it to engage your current or new customers ? What are the strategies available to ensure this happens for your organisation ?

Learning Objectives

This 1-day virtual learning workshop focuses on forming social media strategies, notably for growing current markets or developing new markets for your business. It would be most beneficial to individuals currently performing in marketing roles or have done some marketing work previously. Those with marketing knowledge are strongly encouraged to attend. 

During the workshop, participants would be asked to demonstrate conceptual understanding using their own company / products / services in group or individual learning activities.

Meet The Trainer



Nick Goh

Nick Goh brings with him over 23 years of branding, advertising and marketing experience, having worked with major international agencies and notable brands worldwide. He has also been a judge for prestigious media award shows and has been conducting digital related programmes for industrial practitioners, working in major creative agencies and brands with the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents in Singapore (4As).

Administrative Details

  • Please logon to https://login.sbf.org.sg/sbf with your Username and Password to register. 
  • Please create an account for registration if you do not have an existing account with Singapore Business Federation (SBF)
  • Upon registration, please make payment using Credit Card via online payment platform. Auto e-acknowledgement and invoice will be sent to your registered email.
  • No cancellation will be allowed upon registration but attendance by a replacement delegate from your company due to exigency could be facilitated. Please notify SBF of the change with at least 3 working days’ notice prior to event to enable logistical arrangements for the replacement.
  • Payments are required with registration and must be received prior the event to guarantee your place.
  • Participants will only be admitted if payment/proof of payment has been received prior to the event or on event day.
  • You will still be liable for the payment in the event of no-show on actual day of the event.
  • SBF reserves the right to cancel or make any adjustments to the event.
