*RISE* Virtual: Integrate Leadership Skills In Times Of Cris

Overview
This virtual learning workshop will provide professionals with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to manage and lead teams and organisations before, during, and after a crisis or emergency. All leaders are sooner or later confronted with the need to lead and manage their team or organisation during a crisis or emergency. The leadership skills and competencies that are required in these demanding circumstances are much more challenging of the leader than normal everyday leadership.

This interactive virtual learning workshop will be conducted in 3 sessions (each session is 2.5 hours) and will provide knowledge and skills for leaders in times of crisis.

 The 3 sessions are:

 The above 3 sessions are standalone topics and emphasis on Leading others. Hence, participants can choose which session are relevant to them. This virtual learning workshop will only cover Integrate Leadership Skills in Times of Crisis. For participant that want to learn all 3 sessions, they can choose Leadership Skills In Times of Crisis and the course fee will be S$428 (Incl. GST) for SBF Member.

 SBF also covers the other Leadership Series, which is Learning to Lead, and the course title is Developing Leadership Skills for Internationalisation.

Learning Objectives
This program is designed to help first-time workers understand the nature of the transition from being a great individual contributor to being a team leader, and to develop the critical people skills that often make a positive impact on workers’ productivity and employability.

After the workshop, participants should be able to:

  2. Explain how you to delegate tasks
  3.  Navigate– course correcting in real time

Who Should Attend

This workshop is facilitated for specifically for workers who are about to move from the individual contributor status to a position of managing others for the first time, or who have made this transition within recently.  It is designed to cater the workers seeking further re-employment, new employment and want to further employability through better understanding on their roles and how they can contribute more to companies.

  • Full payment must be received with registration prior to the date of the workshop to guarantee your place.
  • Admission into the workshop is only allowed if payment / proof of payment has been received prior to the day.
  • Participants will still be liable for payment in the event of no-show on actual day of the workshop.
  • SBF reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or make any adjustments to the workshop where necessary
