Vietnam is one of the fastest growing economies in the world benefiting from its youthful and fast growing working-age population and is set to be among the few countries to deliver positive GDP growth in 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause serious disruption to the developing countries all around the world. Despite this, Vietnam continues to effectively control the pandemic and ensure economic activities. Learning Objectives


In this ½ day workshop, participants will gain cutting edge information on Vietnam market with an overview of the most important regulations and consequential legal trends for foreign investment currently guiding Vietnam's regulatory environment.

It also covers key regulations concerning foreign investment activities and new changes in the Law on Investment 2020 which took effect from 1 Jan 2021.
