Before going market entry internationally, companies usually embark on extensive market research to find out almost all things about the country, region or territory of their interest. They would carry out research in various ways or through various parties to ensure they get the latest, reliable and valuable insights about the country or market before their entry. 

Although some market research projects can be done by engaging a paid agency to do so, companies can conduct their own market research through obtaining freely available sources online. This is equally effective as websites do provide and refreshes the latest information and publicised data frequently which are what the users need.

This workshop examines how this can be done cost efficiently and effectively by showing learners the importance of market research and how to conduct it for strategic planning in a systematic step-by-step manner.
