The National Business Survey (NBS) is the Singapore Business Federation (SBF’s) flagship survey that is conducted annually and provides insights on the Singapore business community’s sentiments regarding the economy and the business environment. The survey also identifies the priorities, challenges and future plans of our businesses, and highlights the areas where attention and assistance are required. In addition, the survey seeks businesses’ views for the upcoming Singapore Budget. The findings of this survey are shared with the Government.

We concluded the twelfth edit of our NBS 2019/2020 on 14 January 2020. The survey collected views from 1,018 businesses across all major industries from 26 August to 25 October 2019.
