The National Business Survey (NBS) is the Singapore Business Federation (SBF’s) flagship survey that is conducted annually and provides insights on the Singapore business community’s sentiments regarding the economy and the business environment. The survey also identifies the priorities, challenges and future plans of our businesses, and highlights the areas where attention and assistance are required. In addition, the survey seeks businesses’ views for the upcoming Singapore Budget. The findings of this survey are shared with the Government.
NBS 2020/2021 is the 13th edition of our annual survey. The survey collected views from 1,075 businesses across all major industries from 9 October to 28 November 2020.
