Transform Your Workforce with CCP-HC
The CCP-HC program is designed to support mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians (PMETs) in transitioning into Human Resources (HR) roles. Additionally, it focuses on reskilling existing employees to take on growth HR roles or acquire new HR skills. Through structured On-the-Job Training, participants will gain foundational and functional HR competencies as outlined in the IHRP’s Body of Competencies (BOC), as well as emerging HR skills and competencies.
CCP-HC offered the following modality:
- Place and Train (4 months duration): For new hires
- Job Redesign Reskilling (3 months duration): For existing employees
