SBI250645-Future-Ready Workforce: Harnessing Organisational Data & Optimised Payroll Integration for Seamless Compliance
Overview
A future-ready workforce demands more than just skill development; it requires streamlined, data-driven operational processes that ensure both efficiency and regulatory compliance.
The era of complex, manual processes is over. Today, organisations must strategically harness their internal data — specifically occupational employment data — and integrate it seamlessly with optimised payroll systems.
This critical integration is the key to achieving seamless compliance with evolving regulations, such as the Progressive Wage Model (PWM), and successfully navigating submission processes like the Occupational Employment Dataset (OED) to the Ministry of Manpower.
This half-day workshop explores how leveraging these two powerful elements — organisational data and payroll integration —transforms potential compliance burdens into a competitive advantage, future-proofing the workforce and ensuring business sustainability.
Event Detail
During this half-day workshop, participants will be guided on the following:
- Analyse MOM's OED requirements to identify all mandatory data components (job titles, descriptions, employment numbers, wages) needed for compliant submission.
- Apply data preparation protocols to create accurate and consistent occupational employment datasets using provided sample data and security guidelines.
- Evaluate PWM requirements to determine applicable sectors, wage ladders, and skill classifications for their organisation's context.
- Assess One Stop Payroll capabilities and features to understand how integrated payroll solutions can streamline OED data preparation and ensure compliance accuracy.
- Integrate PWM compliance elements and OSP workflows into occupational employment data by aligning job roles, wages, and payroll processes with established guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Execute the end-to-end data submission process using the MOM submission portal, including troubleshooting common issues, implementing post-submission follow-up procedures, and optimising payroll system integration.
