Overview
Agentic AI refers to artificial intelligence systems designed to function like autonomous agents. Unlike traditional AI, which only responds to direct text prompts, Agentic AI can understand goals, plan multi-step actions, make decisions and execute tasks across different tools or environments. It adapts based on outcomes, showing initiative rather than waiting for instructions. In business, this means AI can handle workflows such as managing customer follow-ups, scheduling or automating processes end-to-end. Essentially, Agentic AI shifts AI from being a passive assistant to an active digital teammate that can think, act, and improve toward achieving defined objectives.
This workshop helps participants to understand and demystify what Agentic AI is, how it differs from traditional AI and its strategic application in business workflows.
