  • SBI260768-Driving Sustainable Procurement Across Supply Chain

With an increased awareness of the new global legislation in support of Environmental, SocialandGovernance (ESG) issues, supply chain due diligence have risen in importance to become a major focus for businesses and governing bodies. With regulators increasingly focusing on the importance of supply chain due diligence, how should companies be preparing for the possibility of further legislation in the near future?

In this 1-day workshop, participants will understand the business drivers behind a good sustainable supply chain, as well as how to assess environment, social and governance (ESG) risks in their company supply chain network, ways to engage and monitor the ESG performance of suppliers as part of their supplier due diligence process. These are particularly important for organisations that are expected to implement supply chain due diligence as well as those that are subject to supply chain due diligence from overseas buyers / customers.
