• Current ESG issues (climate change, inclusivity, equity and diversity, operations efficiency from energy and waste management perspectives)

3. Implications on Sustainable Finance development in Singapore and Southeast Asia

• Introduction to types of sustainability banking models, sustainability financial solutions
• Challenges and opportunities of ESG and Sustainability in the banking sector

4. Importance of Risk Management in Sustainability

• Types of climate risks and its drivers - physical and transition risks
• Risk mitigation using climate stress testing
