Overview

Enabling Managers and HR Professionals to Lead Skills-First Workforce Transformation

In today’s fast-changing business environment, structured career planning is vital to build a future-ready workforce. This one-day workshop equips business owners, line managers, and HR professionals with the appropriate tools and confidence to act as career development partners within their organisations.

Through the Structured Career Planning (SCP) framework, participants will learn how to guide employees through meaningful career conversations, identify emerging job trends, and align workforce aspirations with organisational and national priorities.

By embedding SCP practices into daily operations, participants will strengthen talent management, succession planning, and employee retention, supporting Singapore’s Skills First and lifelong learning initiatives.

  • Peer Coaching: Role-play exercises to practise conducting career conversations and handling challenges.
