  • SBI260901-SBF-SID Leadership Programme for TAC Council: Strategy Development and Sustainable Governance Programme

Overview

Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) play a vital role in advancing industry development, representing member interests, and shaping Singapore’s economic landscape. As expectations on TAC governance and leadership continue to rise, council members must be equipped to provide strategic direction, strengthen council-management dynamics, and ensure long-term sustainability. This programme is designed for council members and senior management of Singapore’s TACs, focusing on the council’s role in steering strategic priorities and embedding sustainable governance practices. Participants will gain practical insights and tools to guide decision-making, oversight and organisational impact in a rapidly evolving environment.
