  • Build Teamwork & Workplace Synergy with DISC Profiling Tool *new!*

Overview

The DISC Profiling Tool is a behavioural assessment tool commonly used to understand how people communicate, make decisions and interact with one another at work. It is widely used in leadership training, team development, hiring and coaching.

It is useful in the workplace as a tool to help people understand the different behavioural styles and adapt their own communication, leadership and teamwork approaches accordingly. When employees understand how others think and behave, this often results in better collaboration and higher productivity among themselves.

One important point to note:

DISC does not attempt to measure one’s intelligence or skill sets. Instead, it identifies a person’s behavioural style and communication preferences. The trainer will facilitate the session by guiding participants how to identify personalities.
