Overview
In today’s dynamic workplace, managers are required to do more than manage tasks— they must inspire, coach and adapt to diverse personalities to achieve results. This integrated programme combines the Solution-Focused Coaching methodology (Connect –Converse– Control) with the DISC Behavioural Framework, giving managers a powerful, practical toolkit to strengthen relationships, boost productivity and lead with agility.
By understanding how people think, behave and respond (through DISC) and applying solution-focused coaching skills, leaders will learn how to engage their teams more effectively, navigate challenges and build a culture of accountability and performance.
One important point to note:
DISC does not attempt to measure one’s intelligence or skill sets. Instead, it identifies a person’s behavioural style and communication preferences. The trainer will facilitate the session by guiding participants how to identify personalities.

c. Creating conversational contracts
5. CONVERSE - Creating Safe Environment For Exploration
a. Exploring possibilities through logical levels
b. Understanding Meta programmes
6. CONTROL - Converting Conversations Into Actions
a. Evaluating and Prioritising Action Plans
b. Transferring ownership of action plans to the Coachee
c. Creating proper follow-up
Included in this workshop : Individual DISC Assessment Report & Analysis (unpacking “moment of truth” and discover real insights about oneself)

At the end of the workshop, participants would be able to :
1. Apply solution focused coaching techniques
Use practical step-by-step tools to coach team members towards solutions and outcomes
2. Adapt coaching approaches using DISC
Recognise and respond to different behavioural styles to enhance communication and reduce conflict
3. Blend coaching with performance management
Analyse when to switch to coaching to managing to optimise performance
4. Foster a culture of accountability and trust
Evaluate strategies to foster accountability and trust within employess to take ownership of outcomes, strengthening collaboration and overall team effectiveness
