Programme/Agenda

Training Methodology

The training will utilise a combination of interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, roleplays,

and experiential exercises to engage participants and facilitate learning. Participants will

have opportunities to apply skills learnt through practical exercises and collaborative activities.

Additionally, case studies will be used to illustrate key principles and foster deeper understanding of

workplace application.

Trainer Profile

Dr Cidi Wee has over 25 years of experience as a learning and development practitioner and people developer. He is an ACTA-WDA Certified Trainer, Instructional Designer and Performance Assessor. He conducts training programmes designed to improve both individual and organisational performance. He has conducted various skills-based training programmes which include Competency-based Interviewing, Performance Management, Leadership & Management, Mentoring and Coaching. Dr Cidi travels extensively and has conducted training and workshops in ASEAN, South Pacific Countries, France, Japan, China, amongst others. He has also conducted local workshops which have been attended by both Singaporeans and foreign participants. Dr Cidi holds a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration and also a Master of Science Degree in Training from the University of Leicester and is trained in the area of People Development in the UK. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK) and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK).
