This 3-hour session equips supervisors to align all activities with key business objectives and embed learning transfer into their operational design, keeping the “finish line” – enhanced performance results – clearly in sight.
SoundWave® Learning Journey Part 2
Developing Verbal Strategies
11 September 2025, 9:00am to 5:00pm
This immersive 1-day session is designed for direct reports to explore their innate “SoundWave Voices.” Through self-discovery, they will understand how these communication patterns shape their ability to build trust and collaborate, enabling them to apply these insights for stronger working relationships.

- Deploy support through job aids, performance feedback and coaching
