This session challenges the traditional view of leadership as a set of abstract qualities and shows how SME leaders can make it specific, measurable and easy to practise.

Participants will hear how a dental clinic group redesigned its HR Manager role into an HR Director role, supported by a 30/60/90-day onboarding toolkit, a staff communication schedule and a performance action matrix. A second case from a food-court F&B operator illustrates how a director was supported to lead managers and frontline staff through clear daily, weekly and monthly routines. In a hands-on segment, participants will draft a leadership routine for their own team.
