Chathura Peiris is an experienced technology leader with over 22 years of expertise in telecommunications, enterprise digital transformation, and Data and Artificial Intelligence innovation. He has led technology initiatives across multiple industries and is a strong advocate for entrepreneurship and digital innovation. Chathura also holds a patent on Near Field Communication (NFC) platform development, reflecting his commitment to advancing practical, impactful technology solutions.

2. Mr. Madura Ratnayake, President, SCYBERS
Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity
Madura Ratnayake is a seasoned technology executive with nearly 30 years of experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and financial services. He previously served on the executive leadership team at Virtusa, helping grow the company from a startup into a global NASDAQ-listed digital engineering firm. As Global CIO, he led major digital and cybersecurity initiatives and oversaw the development of Virtusa’s Sri Lanka technology centre. Madu currently serves as an Independent Director of Hatton National Bank and advises organisations across industry, government, academia, and startups. He has been recognised internationally for his contributions to technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

3. Mr. Aroshan Seresinhe, Group Chief Executive Officer, CIC Holdings PLC
Food Security and Agriculture
Aroshan Seresinhe is the Group Chief Executive Officer of CIC Holdings PLC and a board member of several companies within the CIC Group. With more than 25 years of experience, he has held senior leadership roles spanning finance, investment management, corporate planning, agribusiness, renewable energy, and project development. His work includes leading regional agriculture projects and renewable energy initiatives across Asia. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he contributes to several business and industry organisations, including the Sri Lanka Singapore Business Council. Aroshan is an Associate Member of CIMA, United Kingdom, and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation.

4. Mr. Shiluka Goonewardene, Principal, Head of Deal Advisory and Deputy Head of Markets, KPMG Sri Lanka
Sri Lankan economy
Shiluka Goonewardene has over 30 years of industry experience, including 25 years with KPMG, advising clients on valuations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, restructuring, and capital raising. He has led major engagements across the banking, financial services, insurance, government, and corporate sectors in Sri Lanka and internationally. He previously served for six years in the mergers and acquisitions team of a Fortune 500 multinational in the Middle East, supporting strategic acquisitions and investment transactions. His experience spans projects across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and North America, with expertise in corporate finance, valuations, due diligence, capital planning, liquidity assessments, and market entry strategies.
